The town of Jinja sits on the northern shore of Lake Victoria, the world’s second-largest freshwater lake. If the plentiful boating, canoeing, kayaking, swimming and fishing opportunities aren’t enough for you, turn up the thrills with whitewater rafting on the Nile, or leap off the Nile High Bungee. You’ll plummet 44 metres and touch the water before springing back up – not an activity for the faint of heart.
