The elegant dining room and luxuriously appointed lounge and bar area are situated on an expansive raised decking under large riverine trees.
The game viewing at Duba is always very exciting with big herds of buffalo, which are the main prey of the numerous lion, while sleek leopard are continually on the prowl searching for the smaller antelope such as impala. Duba has developed as possibly the best lion spotting camp in southern Africa. It is also an excellent camp for elephant with some impressive breeding herds and many large lone bulls. You can see hippopotamus, giraffe, zebra and a host of smaller creatures such as warthog and jackal, while on night drives, nocturnal creatures like porcupine and aardvark can be seen. At any time of year there are over 350 species of amazing bird in the Duba area.
