We cannot wait to begin travelling again, and if you are reading this then it is likely your mind is similarly occupied. Yet, we appreciate that as the world adjusts to life with and post COVID-19 there is much uncertainty.
To encourage you to take that positive step and book your holiday we would like to offer you the following assurances:
— Should you need to postpone your holiday, for whatever reason, you can do so for up to 12 months from your original date of departure with no fee. This can be done up to 45 days prior to your departure.
— If any official body advises against or prohibits travel to your destination, within 28 days of your date of departure, you will have the option of postponing or cancelling your holiday and receiving a full refund.
— If you are unsure of your future travel plans when you postpone, we will issue you with a travel credit for 100% of the monies paid for your holiday that can be redeemed anytime in the following two years.
Where your postponement results in an increase in costs e.g. due to a change in season, the price of your holiday may change. Likewise, should the cost reduce, so will our price to you.
