Quality of Information
Before you book we must ensure that you have certain information about your holiday. This includes specifics on dates and duration, accommodation, activities and general inclusions. When you speak with one of our travel designers they will create a full brochure of your tailor made itinerary. In addition to providing the information required by the regulations, this brochure paints a picture of the places you will discover during your travels through text, spectacular imagery and video.
In line with the regulations, we will also provide up to date information on visas, passport and vaccination requirements for your destinations.
If something goes wrong
Our approach to supporting our clients if something goes wrong goes far beyond what is required by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. The emergency contact number provided in your travel itinerary will take you directly to your travel designer, who has an in-depth understanding of your arrangements and is therefore best placed to deal with any issues quickly and with the minimum disruption to your holiday. To do this we are supported by our partners on the ground who, through decades of experience, we know are the very best.
Whether you are concerned that an element of your holiday is not as we have described, a flight has been cancelled or you have taken ill, our team are on hand to support you in any way we can.
Changing or Cancelling Your Holiday
The regulations outline your rights if we change your holiday prior to your departure. In line with what is required, you are entitled to cancel your holiday without penalty if there is a significant change to your arrangements, this may include changes to your accommodation, or place of departure. We will notify you as soon as possible of any such changes and will work with you to find an agreeable solution or alternative.
