Over 30 years as an Africa specialist you build a lot of experience and contacts and every client benefits from that. All our staff travel to Africa, we know the camps, lodges and hotels personally and the people who run them. This is why we can expertly tailor every safari holiday to exactly match your interests and tastes. We take pains to listen to you, to discern what you are seeking in your perfect African safari holiday – then we design a beautifully balanced sequence of places that will blend together to fulfil your dreams.
Africa Exclusive is still owned and directed by the people who set it up. With nineteen staff we are a mid-sized specialist; substantial in the intimate world of high quality safaris, yet small and flexible enough to provide a truly personal service to our clients. This is a happy place to work. You have the peace of mind that we are financially sound and fully bonded through ATOL. Although based in Northampton, England we have clients worldwide.
The personal service that defines the creation of your safari holiday is followed through in the meticulous attention to detail that is applied to putting it in place. Every client has a dedicated travel adviser who is there to answer every conceivable question, ensure you are fully prepared and triple check every moving part of the holiday. A typical two week luxury safari may have over 50 transactions and bookings involving everything from light aircraft flights to the remotest places to communicating a food allergy to all the chefs at each safari lodge.
What does it all cost? We receive a commission from the safari lodges so the price of your superbly designed and executed holiday will be similar to the amount you would pay were you to book all the arrangements yourself directly with the lodges – a strategy which may work for a straightforward beach holiday in the Mediterranean, but one which is definitely not recommended for a complex holiday to the wilds of Africa! So if you would like to follow a million migrating wildebeest across the Serengeti, or gaze upon a family of elephants suffused by the light of an Okavango sunset – and do it in the best possible way, call us today.
