One of their favourite safari lodges was Loisaba where the family watched animals on horseback, went walking, drove by open vehicle and even enjoyed a camel back safari with their laughing Maasai guides. People sometimes ask us how old children have to be to go on safari. Here’s your answer!
At the coast we suggested that they stay at Kinondo Kwetu, a small friendly place with its own private stretch of beach – rather like a luxurious safari lodge by the sea.
