Location
The reserve is home to the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, the largest and most renowned such centre in the world. It’s a place where around 60-80 orangutans live, cared for by highly trained staff. The nearby Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre is home to more than 30 of the world’s smallest bear, and it’s a place where we can arrange for you to spend time with experts in their protection.
Being only 30 minutes away from Sandakan Airport, its easy to access and yet you’ll feel immersed diverse and fascinating nature.
