Delfin III
Passengers on the Delfin III have a choice of four classes of staterooms and suites, all of which are spacious, well-appointed, and have huge windows for watching the world go by.
Air conditioning is essential in the humid climate, and you’ll also have fine bed linens, a pillow menu, wonderfully plush bathrobes, and therapeutic bath amenities. Suites come with a telescope so you can sit and gaze at the stars, seeing each one in glorious detail.
Delfin III is one of the first-ever Relais & Chateaux boats, supplying its guests with gastronomic excellence as the rainforest slips by the windows. We love the fact that there are never more than 43 guests aboard the boat, and that the boat is Peruvian-owned.
- Spot pink river dolphins whilst kayaking or riding in a skiff. Perhaps paddleboarding is your thing?
- Delfin III’s expert naturalists will guide you on trail walks and give informative presentations in the evenings. Other evening activities include cultural performances.
- Get up close and personal with the animals and epiphytes by joining in a canopy walk. At more than 25m (85ft) from the ground, you will encounter things that would otherwise be impossible to see.
- A trip on Delfin III is paradise for the bird enthusiast. From the river you stand a far greater chance of seeing the staggering diversity of the various strange and beautiful species.
- Experience the otherwise unseen wildlife, and raise your pulse, on a night safari. This is a chance to see bats, black caimans and other nocturnal animals.
