Location
At the very heart of the Amazon ecosystem, Pacaya‑Samiria is renowned for its exceptional beauty and biodiversity. Wildlife lovers can expect encounters with pink river dolphins, manatees, turtles, black caimans, capybaras, tapirs, saddle‑backed tamarins, black‑capped squirrel monkeys, herons and hummingbirds. Accommodation
Ten cabins interconnect for families, while two spacious single cabins give solo travellers a fair, thoughtful option without paying for more space than they need.
Meals draw on the landscapes you travel through, using ingredients such as cacao, corn, mango, charapita chilli, pijuayo and uvilla. Five‑course dinners paired with small‑batch Peruvian wines create an experience that feels both indulgent and culturally rooted; a way of tasting the region as you move through it.
Contemporary indulgences are woven in throughout: an upper‑deck gym, spa and al fresco hot tub; a wildlife library nook; and an always‑manned bar for a pisco sour whenever the moment calls. With three skiffs for just 22 guests and a one‑to‑one staff-to-guest ratio, service and excursions are exceptional.
