Every cottage has a generous living room with deep armchairs, hand‑woven rugs, and a wood‑burning fireplace – a welcome luxury in the cool, cloud‑brushed climate at this elevation. Two cottages offer two bedrooms for families or friends travelling together, while the remaining six are beautifully appointed one‑bedroom retreats.
The main lodge is the social heart of the property, wrapped by a stone terrace and filled with inviting sofas, multiple fireplaces, and a relaxed bar. After forest hikes over steep terrain, appetites run high, and the dining here is a pleasure – fresh, appealing dishes drawing on produce from the lodge’s terraced vegetable and herb gardens.
